Jeffrey Lyons' baseball credentials are extensive: He co-authored with his brother three Baseball Trivia books, lectured four times at the National Baseball hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, N.Y., and at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.

Jeffrey has done some guest color analysis on the Boston Red Sox radio network and has done color and play-by-play on the Boston Red Sox Spanish Radio Network, since he is bi-lingual.
Jeffrey has enjoyed a unique connection to the Boston Red Sox, having lectured at the Red Sox Hall of Fame in Fenway Park, home of the team he loves. In addition, he has addressed "The BLOHARDS," New York's Red Sox fan base. He has done sports on local television in New York, and attended spring training every March with special access to the team.

His family friends over the years have included Hall of Famers Bob Feller, Joe DiMaggio and Hank Greenberg. He numbers a lot of former players as friends: his neighbor Bill Hands, current minor leaguer and veteran major league pitcher Rich Hill, Angels' hitting coach and former Al MVP Don Baylor, former All-Star first baseman and NL President Bill White, the late Bobby Murcer, the late Phil Rizutto, David Cone, Ken Singleton, Ken Harrelson, all the Yankee and Red Sox radio and TV announcers, Hall of Fame officials, and more.
